RACE WEEKEND KIDS ACTIVITIES
Want to bring the kids to a NASCAR race, but not sure what there is to do? Well, Auto Club Speedway is the ultimate motorsports playground for kids to have a blast and make new family traditions during NASCAR Auto Club 400 race weekend starting Friday, February 28 - Sunday, March 1.
Lefty, the official mascot of Lefty’s Kids Club, has rounded up the top five things to do and see during race weekend before you buckle up in your seat and watch cars go fast!
Lefty's Fun Zone
There is so much to see an do on Race Weekend! Make a pit stop at Lefty’s Fun Zone - the ultimate family hangout – where you can challenge friends to a tire changing competition, run around in giant bubble rollers or climb a giant obstacle course, plus more! Don't forget to take your picture at one of the selfie stations!
Driver Story Time
Time to read! Wait, what? Yes, a NASCAR Driver will read one of his favorite books to Lefty’s Kids Club members on Sunday, March 1 in Lefty’s Fun Zone as part of Driver Story Time. Don't miss this incredibly unique experience!
Xfinity Autograph Session
Bring a sharpie and autograph book to the NASCAR Xfinity Series Drivers Autograph Session on the main stage in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Fan Zone on Saturday, February 29. Pick up your wristband on Friday from the ACS Display or Infield Convenience Store at 10:00 a.m.
Bring the kids down to pit road on Sunday (adult must have a pre-race pit pass) to see race cars getting ready and watch pit crews getting ready for the races! CLICK HERE for more information on Pit Road access.
